Some healthy things coming up...

I have a 10k in October, which I need to still train somewhat for. A steady diet of In-n-Out, Lean Cuisine, and Pretzel Crisps aren't helping. I need to turn back to my diet/fitness books for help.

Some of my top picks:

1. The Skinny Rules by Bob Harper (How do you not love this man?!)
2. Crazy Sexy Diet by Kris Carr (She's a cancer survivor, and she's awesome)
3. Any Biggest Loser book
Just browse your local book store, I could spend 4 hours looking at the health section.

If you're looking for something to subscribe to, I like the following magazines:

1. Women's Health/Men's Health (TONS of useful studies, recipes, etc.)
2. Shape (It has EVERYTHING fitness needed in it)
3. Natural Living (For all my natural people...so many awesome natural tips and foods)
4. Fitness (This is a decent one, less pages but a lot of workouts)

Online fitness stuff:
1. ToneItUp.com (These girls are awesome, and post workout videos a lot!)
2. HungryGirl.com (For quick, easy, yummy low-calorie meal ideas)
3. Pinterest.com (Surf the health pin section. It will blow you away!)

Hopefully this helps anyone looking to get started. :)
